All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. Returns will not be accepted for the following: Custom-built golf clubs, purchases made through MyTaylorMade+, final sale items, online exclusives, personalized golf balls, and personalized accessories.
TaylorMade will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged footwear and apparel. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Customers can expect a refund within 30 days of when TaylorMade receives the return, provided that TaylorMade determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned item is eligible for a credit under this return policy. The value of the merchandise total will be credited or refunded. However, shipping costs for returned orders are not credited.
